I stop in about every 2 weeks to try a new cupcake - perfect way to taste cakes before my wedding!
I was fortunate to work with Karen to create a cake for my mom's 75th birthday. Through conversation, decided on an antique looking jewelry box with a few personalized accent items. It was AMAZING! Nobody believed it was a cake to be eaten; mom's great-grandkids even "sampled" to make sure! Thank You for creating such a special memory!

Thank you guys so much for the beautiful and DELICIOUS cake! I had people coming up to me all night stating it was the BEST cake they had ever had. (When my 30 year old male cousins are asking where they can order more-that's GOOD!) It was a big hit!! We plan on coming back for more to celebrate our year anniversary. Thanks to you two, my daughter had chocolate cake for the first time in her life on her sixth birthday. Somehow you were able to make her incredibly delicious and gorgeous cake without any dairy. It was a day that I won't ever forget. You should have seen the smile on her face! I can't thank you both enough for offering such an amazing service! It is hard to find places that cater to families with food allergies. And you two do it with grace, compassion and integrity. I really can't ever thank you enough! Now open up another store in the Twin Cities so that we can visit you more often! We love you!

Thank you so much for the wonderful cake you guys created for our wedding. We had three different kinds and our guests loved all of them. It was definately the best cake we have ever eaten. We can't wait to enjoy our 1 year anniversary cake!!! We will definately be ordering any future cakes from Icing Dreams!

WOW! You guys did a Jimmy Buffet cake for a party that I attended and it was a huge hit! EVERYONE was amazed with the cake and the Birthday girl was thrilled. You guys are just amazing. I hope you have as much fun making these specialty cakes as your customers have seeing (and eating) the results!

Thank u so very much for the great cake you made for Doug's 60 BD and his retirement cake. They were so great and tasty everyone couldn't believe the BNSF train cake Doug was so surprised and he loved both cakes. I will be getting more cakes from you in the near future thanks again it was worth the 3 1/2 hr drive to get the cakes goggle sure helps Marita

Thanks so much for our Dec 2008 wedding cake & groom's 3D cake. I loved the pinecone, wintery design it was exactly what I wanted and Patrick was thrilled with his Case tractor 3D cake! Amazing! Tasted just as good as it looked! We got compliments and comments on the cakes all night long and afterwards! Thank you!

Our wedding was in July. We had a cake that had a designe which replicated the abstract flowers on my wedding dress that matched our azalea and palm beach coral colors exactly. Many people complimented the cake. To our guest we served pink champagne cupcakes and turtle cheesecake. We received numerous compliments about the both of them. Our guest really enjoyed the individual cupcakes that were served to them and how unique we went with the desserts. They were incredible impressed and many of our guests said the cheesecake was the best they had ever eaten. The pink champagne cake was to die for. My husband and his family keeps asking when I can go back to Icing Dreams to get more desserts. I can't wait to go back Icing Dreams, and I would highly recommend them.

On behalf of my entire family we would like to say thank you for creating an amazing 75th Birthday Cake for Grandpa John. As we brought it into the venue everyone asked if it was from the foodnetwork!!! We weren't sure of what we wanted as for the design but Dana created a cake that outstanding. Thank you so much for making Grandpa's day and ours even more special with a personalized cake ! We'll be back

It's hard to put into words how AMAZING your cakes were for my sister's bridal shower and wedding. People were in AWE and I think many of them now realize that they don't have to settle for grocery store cakes. It was fun to just give you a concept and let you go to town. What you created for the two events had everyone in big SMILES. Thank you for making both days MAGICAL.
